Welcome

I live in the beautiful Eastern Cape of South Africa with my pastor husband Rob, a hyperactive budgie named Sparkie and an ever-increasing family of tropical fish. I am a registered nurse, cancer survivor and international freelance writer. Much of my writing is inspirational and I currently have a book of devotions for cancer patients awaiting publication. 

Every November for the last five years, I have completed a novel for fun (and to prove a touch of insanity) during NaNoWriMo.

Rob and I take daily walks, mainly along the beach front and other scenic areas. These supply me with further writing fodder as well as many of the photos in the gallery pages of this site.
